Welcome to Our Salon Loyalty Program!

At TKO Salon, we believe in rewarding our loyal clients for choosing us time and time again. Our exclusive Total Knockout Salon Loyalty Program is designed to show our appreciation for your trust and support.

Here’s how it works:

~At your next visit you will receive a card with your name on it (starting 11/19/2024) 

~For every paid visit you will receive one stamp

*Disclaimers

  1. Eligibility: Loyalty cards are only valid for specified customer only. They can not be shared within family or friends/ conjoined, or transferred. Max of 3 cards given per year. Not valid on Children’s services.

  2. Points Accumulation: Points/stamps are earned on eligible paid services only. Certain services may be excluded from the program.

  3. Redemption: Points/stamp can be redeemed for discounts or free services as specified. Points cannot be exchanged for cash. Card has no cash value.

  4. Expiration: Points/stamp may expire after a specified period of inactivity (e.g., 12 months) or if the loyalty card is not used within a certain timeframe.

  5. Transferability: Loyalty points are non-transferable and can only be used by the cardholder.

  6. Program Changes: The salon reserves the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program at any time, with or without notice.

  7. Lost Cards: The salon is not responsible for lost or stolen loyalty cards.

  8. Termination: The salon reserves the right to terminate a customer's participation in the loyalty program for any reason, including abuse of the program.

  9. Promotions: Special promotions or events may alter the standard earning and redemption rates. Details will be provided at the time of the promotion.

  10. Governing Law: This program is governed by the laws of NYS and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with local regulations.
